Maneesh Konkar is a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (1995) with over 20 years’ experience in the leadership & sales industry. He started his career with fmcg giant ITC Ltd and after taking the finest sales experiences at various locations in India, he branched out on his own and has been an entrepreneur since 1999.
Today, he runs Direction One Consulting which provides corporate training. Maneesh has worked with clients like Mahindra 2W / Auto sector, Abbott, Amazon, Godrej Consumer Products / Sara Lee / Tyson, TCS, Syntel, Aricent, Sanofi, naukri.com, ICICI Bank, Asian Paints, Johnson Tiles, Pidilite, Legrand Electricals, Hershey’s, ITC, Hindustan Unilever, Cargill Foods, VLCC & many more. He has conducted training sessions for thousands of junior, middle & senior level executives from industries as diverse as fmcg, internet, manufacturing, IT, BFSI, construction & pharmaceuticals.
He has recently branched out into the online learning space with his Youtube Channel that has over 100 videos & 11000 views.
He is also a Director with Direction One Elements, an architecture & interiors design consultancy with his wife Rupali Inamdar.
He has written a book “Young Leaders at every Level”.
He is a faculty at SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai & Great Lakes Institute of Management and has been on interview panels at IIM Bangalore multiple times. He won the Best Faculty award in 2016 at SPJIMR’s Center for Entrepreneurship.
He loves reading management books and working with entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. He is based out of Mumbai.
